Leaky boilerplate: how boilerplate clauses are there to cause problems
13 April 2022I just put up another video to my youtube channel: it is a recording of a talk I gave to the Technology Disputes Network on 17th March 2022. They asked me to look at boilerplate clauses – often considered deadly dull and uninteresting. However, I respectfully disagree: by looking at a selection of such clauses, I show how even a strong claim can be defeated by the small print.
